I create day-long and weekend retreats geared towards reflection, connection and balance in our everyday lives. I change the retreat themes seasonally and enjoy the flexibility of moving with the energy of the group and the dynamic of the day. We share our selves, our goals, dreams and visions, and a hearty potluck lunch. All of my retreats include ample time for contemplation and solitude, a guided movement or meditation, group discussions, and a right-brained project to release the creativity inside us all.
